摘 要:利用10 L封闭式光生物反应器对球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)进行了分批和分批补料高密度培养,补料使用了全营养和部分营养两种培养基。结果表明,补料策略对球等鞭金藻的生长有明显的影响,并发现全营养培养基和部分营养培养基交替补料是一种较好的补料方式。在10 L封闭式光生物反应器中分批培养的平均比生长速率为0.218 d-1,6 d时藻细胞密度达到最大,其值为3.57×106个/m L;分批补全营养培养基培养的平均比生长速率为0.388 d-1,培养6 d时的藻细胞密度为7.09×106个/m L,在10 d时藻细胞密度达到最大,其值为5.28×107个/m L,是分批培养的14.8倍;而全营养培养基和部分营养培养基交替补料分批培养至6 d时藻细胞密度达到1.69×107个/m L,平均比生长速率为0.663 d-1。Effects of nutrient feeding and its strategy on the growth of Isochrysis galbana 3011 were studied in 10 L enclosed photobioreactor with batch and fed-batch culture. Full nutrient medium and partial nutrient medium were used in the fedbatch culture. The experiment results showed that the alternate feeding of the above two media was a better feeding mode. The average special growth rate of lsochrysis galbana 3011 in batch culture was 0.218 d^-1, and the maximum cell density reached 3.57×10^6 cell/mL in sixth day. In the fed-batch culture with full nutrient medium, the average special growth rate reached 0.388 d^-1, the cell density in sixth day reached 7.09×10^6 cell/mL, the maximum cell density was 5.28×10^7 cell/mL. In the fed-batch culture with the alternate feeding of full nutrient medium and partial nutrient medium, the average special growth rate of Isochrysis galbana 3011 reached 0.663 d^-1 and the cell density after 6 days reached 1.69×10^7 cell/mL.
