摘 要:研究了超临界CO2中磷钨酸催化稻秆纤维素水解反应,并采用二硝基水杨酸(DNS)法和间接碘量法分别测定水解产物中还原糖和葡萄糖的产率。考察了CO2压力、去离子水及磷钨酸的用量、反应温度以及反应时间对纤维素水解反应的影响。结果表明,当CO2压力为8 MPa,去离子水用量为8 m L,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为6 h,催化剂磷钨酸用量为0.10 mmol时,还原糖产率达到34.1%。The hydrolysis of rice straw cellulose catalyzed by pbosphotungstic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. The influence of the reaction factors including the pressure of carbon dioxide, the amount of water and phosphotungstic acid, reaction temperature and reaction time was investigated. The yield of reducing sugar and glucose was measured by 3, 5-dinitrosalicylic acid method and indirect iodometry, respectively. The results showed that the yield of reducing sugar reached 34.1% with 0.1 mmol phosphotungstic, 8 MPa carbon dioxide and 8 mL water at 140℃ for 6 h.
