摘　　要：在深入分析调查数据与资料的基础上,我们勾勒出当前农村基层民主政治建设的基本现状。作为农村基层民主建设的核心环节,民主选举轰轰烈烈,但存在贿选的顽疾;民主决策是村民自治的关键,当前核心任务是把"一事一议"落实办好;民主管理要做到依法建制,以制治村,别让"村规民约"只停留在墙上;民主监督则应把公开、细化、规范作为努力方向。On the basis of analyzing the survey data, We outline the current situation of rural grass-- roots democracy. As a core part of rural grass--roots democracy, the democratic elections conducts vig- orous, but there is a serious problem of bribery. The democratic decision--making is the key to villagers ~ autonomy, the key thing is to implement the ＂do one thing need to discuss once＂. The democratic man- agement should be formed according to the law, do not let ＂pacts＂ only stay on the wall The democratic supervision should attach importance to the openness, refinement and the specification
