城镇化背景下三、四线城市零售业发展研究

摘  要:目前由于政策、法规、经济发展水平和地域文化等因素,三、四线城市零售业发展空间相对广阔,国内外零售巨头纷纷将目光转向三、四线城市。文章以新乡地区为例,以城镇化为背景,从零售业业态发展、商业模式、经营理念等角度尝试对三、四线零售市场存在的问题进行剖析,认为三、四线城市零售业应转变经营观念、加大技术创新和应用,并以人才为发展根本,促进零售业及其零售市场可持续发展。At present ,three or four line city because of its policies ,rules and regulations ,economic development level and the local characteristics of different regional culture ,the three or four line city re‐tail relatively broad development space .The domestic and foreign retail giants are all turned to the three or four cities .Articles based on Xinxiang ,take urbanization as a background .From the development of retailing formats ,business model ,business philosophy angle to try to analyzes the problems existing in the retail market is like in three or four lines .Thinking three or four line city retail industry should shift its business concept ,increase technological innovation and application and fundamental for talent devel‐opment ,to promote sustainable development of the retail industry and retail market .
