摘　　要：体内糖皮质激素水平异常会引起糖、脂代谢紊乱,最终会发展成为以向心性肥胖、胰岛素抵抗为主要特征的库欣综合征或代谢综合征,严重危害人们的健康。研究糖皮质激素诱导胰岛素抵抗的病理机制有助于认识上述疾病的本质,更是有效治疗这些疾病的基础。本文总结了糖皮质激素诱导各受累组织或器官发生胰岛素抵抗分子机制的最新研究,并对研究糖皮质激素诱导胰岛素抵抗的实验方法学进行了简要介绍,以期对从事相关科研或临床工作的人员有所帮助。High levels of glucocorticoids can cause glucose and lipid dysmetabolism,and finally lead to Cushing′s syndrome or metabolic syndrome which are featured as central obesity and insulin resistance.The two diseases vital-ly destroy human′s health.It is very important to study the mechanism of glucocorticoids-induced insulin resistance, since it is the basis of better understanding and cure of these two diseases.We presented the latest research achieve-ments on the mechanism of glucocorticoids-induced insulin resistance in each targeted tissues,and we also introduced the methodology of related research on this field in our article.
