全蚕粉对2型糖尿病大鼠疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究全蚕粉对2型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。方法用高热量饲料喂养4周后腹腔注射STZ 25mg·kg-1制造2型糖尿病模型大鼠,以不同剂量全蚕粉灌胃治疗6周,观察血糖、血脂、血清胰岛素、超氧化物歧化酶SOD、丙二醛MDA指标的变化。结果全蚕粉能改善2型糖尿病模型大鼠的糖、脂代谢,促进清除自由基,保护细胞的作用。结论全蚕粉能有效治疗2型糖尿病大鼠。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of silkworm powder（SP） on the rats suffered with type 2 diabe-tes.METHODS The rats suffered with type 2 diabetes were induced by injecting STZ 25mg＆#183; kg -1 peritonaeumly after fed with high carlorie food for 4 weeks and divided into six groups randomizely,treated them with different drugs and variety dosages for 6 weeks.Then the glucose,lipide,insulin,SOD,MDA in blood plasm of the rats were detec-ted.RESULTS SP could reduced glucose,lipide,MDA concentration,increased insulin and enhanced the enzyme activity of SOD in the rats′blood plasm significantely.CONCLUSION SP is effective in treating rats suffered with type 2 diabetes.
