摘　　要：目的寻求医院病案借阅的最佳方式。方法对该院病案借阅进行总结和回顾,并与信息化管理(短信验证码平台)相比较。结果信息化借阅是病案管理发展的趋势。结论病案借阅在病案管理中占有重要位置,信息化管理是病案管理发展的趋势,实现电脑病案借阅的信息化的登记,实现易查询,易统计。Objective To explore the best manner for medical records management. Methods Summary and review were done on medical records management in our hospital in order to compare with the application of Information management （Short message service plafform（SMS）） in medical records management. Results Information management was the development trend of medical records management. Conclusion Medical record lending occupies an important position in the management of medical record. The development trendence of Medical record lending is the information management ,which easy to be maintained and statistical.
