摘 要:目的探讨三级护理质控管理体系在提高护理质服务中的作用。方法设置医院及科室三级护理质控管理体系,分析健全三级护理体系前后护理服务质量及患者满意度情况。结果三级护理体系健全前后护理服务质量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且三级护理管理后患者满意度明显较前提高,护理投诉及护理缺陷明显减少,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理质控三级管理是实现优质护理服务的组织保障,是体现以患者为中心的有效管理方式。Objective to explore the three-level nursing quality control effect in improving the nursing service quality management system. Methods of three-level nursing quality control management system, set up hospitals and departments analysis of the three- level nursing system before and after the nursing service quality and patients satisfaction. Results before and after the tertiary care system and improve the nursing service quality comparison, has obvious statistical significance difference (P〈0.01), and the three- level nursing management of patients after satisfaction significantly improve earlier, nursing complaint .and nursing defects decreased significantly, compared before and after significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion three-level management of nursing quality control is the organizational guarantee to realize high quality nursing service, is the effective management of patient centered way.
