摘　　要：该文通过医药企业对公立医院捐赠资助的分类、形式、问题分析,进一步完善医院接受捐赠资助的管理规范和操作程序,提高医疗卫生机构在受赠过程中的规范意识,从而杜绝捐赠人医药企业和受赠人医疗卫生机构因捐赠而可能滋生的腐败现象。in this paper, the classification, analysis of pharmaceutical enterprises of public hospital donation form, problems, furth er improve the hospital management standard donationand operating procedures, improve themedical and health institutions in the recipient processnormative consciousness, so as to put an end to corruption donor pharmaceutical companies and the donee of medical and health institutions by donations and may breed.
