摘  要:在科学技术高度发达的今天,人类应该可以享受满足他们需求的、依据最系统科技知识的医疗卫生服务,但事实上,基层医院现有的医疗服务质量与社会期望值之间不仅仅是差距,而是一道深深的鸿沟。结合目前基层医院质量管理控制方面存在的误区及缺陷,以及如何填补质量管理空白及死角,解决居民在就医方面的迫切需求,减少医疗纠纷发生,缓解因基层医院服务质量低下致居民舍近求远,常见病向大医院集中的问题。对缓解"看病难"和"看病贵"也将产生深远影响。'In science and technology is highly developed today, mankind should be able to enjoy to meet their needs, based on the knowledge of science and technology of the medical and health services in the system, but in fact, the grass-roots hospital between medical service quality and social expectation value is not only the existing gap, but a deep divide. Combined with the mistakes and defects existing in the present quality control management in grass-roots hospital quality management, and how to fill the blank and dead, to solve the urgent needs in the medical aspects of the residents, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes, ease because of the low quality of service grass-roots hospital resident goes, common disease to the big hospital concentration problems. To alleviate the "difficulty" and "expensive" also will produce far-reaching effect.
