摘　　要：目的探讨"家庭医生式服务团队模式"对社区老年人营养健康状况的干预效果。方法选取某社区卫生服务站服务老人共48 875名作为研究对象,在基础资料对比差异元统计学意义(P>0.05)的情况下将其分为常规组与研究组,常规组老年人接受该中心常规式医疗卫生护理,对照组老年人接受"家庭医生式服务团队模式",分析两组老年人对营养健康方面的掌握情况。结果常规组总掌握率为48.57%,观察组为95.24%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生式社区服务模式对社区老年人在营养健康方面有很好帮助,适合大范围推广应用。Objective To explore ＂the family doctor service team mode＂ to the community elderly nutrition health intervention effect. Methods Selecting a community health service station service old man, 252 as the research object, there was no statistically significant difference in comparison with the data base （P〉0.05） under the condition of the divided into normal group and the group, each group of 126 people, the regular group of elderly people accept this center type conventional medical and health care, the control group the elderly to accept＂the family doctor service team model＂, analyzed two groups of elderly people grasp of the nutritional health. Results The total master routine group rate was 50.0%, the observation group was 95.23%, compared the two groups statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The community service pattern of family doctors in community elderly nutrition health have a very good help, suitable for a wide range of application.
