摘　　要：为了提高龙舟竞渡训练质量,该文采用文献综述法、专家访谈等研究方法,提出了龙舟竞渡训练动作一致性原理,并且介绍了一些动作一致性的训练方法。in order to improve the quality of the dragon boat race training, this paper using the method of literature, expert interviews and other research methods, puts forward the dragon boat race training action consistent principle, and introduces the training methods for motion consistency.
