参杞强精胶囊对精子顶体酶活性影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参杞强精胶囊对人类精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法:将诊断为顶体酶活性低下的不育症患者125例随机分为两组。实验组65例以参杞强精胶囊治疗;对照组60例以生精胶囊治疗。治疗前后对两组患者的精子顶体酶、精子浓度、活力进行检测。结果:实验组临床治愈3例,显效18例,有效30例,无效14例,总有效率78.5%。对照组临床治愈1例,显效12例,有效23例,无效24例,总有效率60.0%。总有效率实验组优于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗后的精子浓度、活力及精子顶体酶活性均显著改善(P<0.05),实验组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参杞强精胶囊可显著增强精子顶体酶活性,同时改善不育患者的精子浓度和活力,提高生育力。Objective ： To study the effects of Shenqi Qiangjing Capsule on sperm acrosin activity. Methods ： 125 cases of infertility patients with low aerosin activity were divided randomly into two group. Treatment group （n=65）were orally administrated Shenqi Qiangjing Capsule, and control group （n=60） with Shenqi Qiangjing Capsule. Sperm acrosin activity, concentration and motility were detected before and after treatment. Results ： Total effective rate of treatment group was 78.5%, higher than 60% of control group with significant improvement （P〈0.05）, sperm acrosin activity, concentration and motility of two groups were all significant improved after treatment （ P〈0.05 ）, and treatment group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shenqi Qiangjing Capsule could remarkable improve sperm ＇acrosin activity, enhance sperm concentration and motility, thus boosting fertility.
