肾衰方对5/6肾切除大鼠肾功能及肾组织干预作用

摘　　要：目的:通过实验研究深入探讨肾衰方延缓慢性肾功能不全进展的机制。方法:采用5/6肾切除建立慢性肾功能不全大鼠模型,随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、肾衰方组、科素亚组,用药3个月后观察肾功能、血白蛋白、钙、磷、肾小球面积测定、尿/血渗透压比值及肾脏组织病理的变化。结果:肾衰方能显著改善大鼠症状,降低血肌酐(P<0.01)、尿素氮(P<0.01),降低血磷(P<0.05),升高尿/血渗透压比值(P<0.05)。光镜下肾脏病理明显改善,肾小球增大面积减小。结论:肾衰方能明显改善肾功能,延缓慢性肾衰的发展。为该方的进一步深入研究和临床应用提供了科学的实验依据。Objective：The empirical study of delaying renal deterioration of chronic renal failure mechanism was involved. Methods ： Rats model of chronic renal failure with 5/6 nephrectomy were randomly divided into four group including normal group, model group, Shenshuai Fang group, Cozaar group. Blood albumin, renal function, calcium, phosphor, kidney glomerulus of nephridial tissue, urine/blood osmotic pressure ratio and histopathologic change were checked after three months medical treatment. Result ： Only Shcnshuai Fang can get best improvement for symptoms of rats.Also reducing expression of Bun, Scr, （ P〈0.01 ） phosphor （ P〈0.01 ） of rat, elevating urine/blood osmotic pressure ratio （ P〈0.05 ）, improving pathology of renal and decreasing the area of the increasing glomerular were successful by Shenshuai Fang. Conclusion ： Shenshuai Fang can significantly improve kidney function and delay the development of chronic renal failure. The study can provide a scientific experiment for further research and clinical application.
