益气活血利水法治疗慢性心衰临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择160例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组80例,对照组80例,其中对照组用常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上,加用益气活血利水中药,疗程为8周,观察两组患者治疗前后心功能疗效、血BNP水平、超声心动图检测指标及安全性指标。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.50%、68.75%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血BNP水平均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05);两组SV、CO、LVEF、LVD均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组LVEF、LVD较对照组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SV、CO治疗组与对照组比较组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血利水中药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者临床疗效确切且安全。Objective： To observate the clinical efficacy of replenishing qi activating blood and promoting urination for chronic heart failure. Methods ： 160 eases of chronic heart failure patients were research subjects and randomly divided into 80 cases of treatment group and control group 80 cases. Two group were given conventional Western medicine.And treatment group plus replenishing qi activating blood and promoting urination herds, treatment for 8 weeks. Afficacy of cardiac function, blood levels of BNP, echoeardiography index and safety were observed before and after treatment. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group and the control group was 92.50% and 68.75%. And the treatment group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ）; the two groups showed significant improvement in blood levels of BNP （ P〈0.05 ）, and the treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）; SV, CO, LVEF, LVD showed significant improvement （ P〈0.05 ）, LVEF, LVD improvement of the treatment group was more significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, SV, CO was no significant difference between treatment group and control group （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Clinical efficacy of replenishing qi activating blood and promoting urination herds for chronic heart failure was precise and safe.
