基于因子分析的古代针灸治疗中风半身不遂症用穴规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨因子分析在针灸处方数据处理中的应用,获取中风半身不遂症的古代针灸处方腧穴使用规律。方法:利用文献学方法,收集并整理先秦至清末关于中风半身不遂症的针灸处方,录入古代针灸处方管理信息系统;利用古代针灸处方管理信息系统的信息查询、频数分布统计和结果导出功能,生成中风半身不遂症针灸处方的高频腧穴数据文件;利用统计分析软件—SPSS 17.0,进行高频腧穴的因子分析。结果:通过频数分布统计,得到20个高频腧穴;通过腧穴变量的因子分析,获得8个公因子。结论:通过因子分析的结果解释,归纳出中风半身不遂症的古代针灸处方按经脉、按部位、按病因取穴规律,能够为进一步研究古代针灸治疗规律提供依据。Objective ： To discuss the application of factor analysis in data processing of acupuncture prescription, and find out acupoints selection rule in ancient acupuncture prescription of stroke-hemiplegia. Methods ： By use of the method of philology, acupuncture prescriptions of stroke-hemiplegia were collected from the pre-Qin to the late Qing dynasty, and was input into a management information system of ancient acupuncture prescription. Based on query, frequency distribution statistics and export function of the system, the data file was formed which includes high frequency acupoints. With the aid of SPSS 17.0 software, factor analysis was used to analyze the data. Results ： Through frequency distribution statistics, 20 acupoints were identified as the high frequency. Through the factor analysis of acupoints variables, 8 common factors were obtained. Conclusion ： Through the interpretation of common factors, the rules of acupoints selection are summarized which were based on meridian, part and etiology in ancient acupuncture prescriptions of stroke-hemiplegia. The results could provide the basis for further research on the rules of ancient acupuncture treatment.
