摘　　要：杨士勇教授是我国第五批名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,治冠心病心绞痛经验丰富,善以"大气下陷"理论为基本病机,临证时以益气升提为本升大陷之气;同时注意痰浊、血瘀标实的不同配合化痰、活血,不可偏废。Professor YANG Shiyong is an adviser of China＇s fifth batch of traditional Chinese medicine expert academic experience inheritance work, with rich experience in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, good to use ＂qi collapse＂ theory as the basic pathogenesis, when clinical by benefiting qi and ascending, to rise the collapsing qi; also note that the turbid phlegm, blood stasis and phlegm, promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm, can not be neglected.
