术前访视中医情志护理对老年手术患者耐受性及应激水平影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨术前访视中应用中医情志护理在老年手术患者中的效果。方法:将我院2013年12月—2014年3月收治的100例老年手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组在术前访视中应用中医情志护理,比较两组患者访视前后的心理状态、手术希望水平、耐受性以及应激水平。结果:观察组访视后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,希望水平评分高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术耐受性的优良率高于对照组,进入手术室后20 min的心率、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,术中肌肉紧张程度好于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理可为患者提供更有效、高层次的心理护理,能够提高老年手术患者的手术耐受性,降低应激水平。Objective ： To study the effect of preoperative traditional Chinese medical emotional nursing on the old patients. Methods： 100 old patients who have been operated from 2013.12.to 2014.03.were randomLy divided into control and observing group （ n=50 ）. The conventional preoperative visiting were used in the patients of control group. The emotional nursing were used in the patients of observing group. The psychological state, hoping operative effect, operative toleration and stress level in the two groups were compared preoperatively and postoperatively. Results ： After visiting the score of anxiety and depressed in the observing group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the score of hoping operative effect in the observing group were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The good percent of operative toleration in the observing group were significantly higher than that of the control group. 20 minutes after come in the operative room the patient＇s systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observing group were significantly lower than that of the control group. During operation the patients＇ muscular nervous degree in the observing group were better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medical emotional nursing can provide more effective and higher level psychological nursing, it can raise the old patient＇ operative toleration and reduce the stress level.
