行业特色型高校理工科学生人文素养培养探析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查等形式,分析了行业特色型高校在理工科学生人文素养教育方面存在的问题,探究了产生问题的原因,阐释了加强行业特色型高校理工科学生人文素质的重要意义。针对加强行业特色型高校理工科学生人文素质培养的途径,从加强综合素质顶层设计、创新教育方式、加大人文素养教育投入、提升全员育人队伍素质、加强校园文化建设、完善综合素质评价体系等六个方面进行了探讨。Given the status quo of science and engineering students＇ humanistic quality cultivation at industry-based characteristic universities, with the help of questionnaire, this paper makes an elaboration of its great significance to strengthen students＇ humanistic quality cultivation, present situation, existing problems and their causes are also analyzed. Last but not least, approaches to enhancing humanistic quality cultivation at industry-based characteristic universities are put forward： improving the design of comprehensive quality, creating educational methods, increasing investment, promoting the quality of educating staff, strengthening campus culture construction and improving comprehensive quality evaluation system.
