摘 要:探讨藏药绿萝花对机体免疫功能的影响,为临床合理用药和进一步开发利用提供科学依据.本研究以L9(34)正交设计试验所获得的绿萝花水萃取干膏制剂为研究材料,以N2Hmice小白鼠为研究对象,以Con A诱导小鼠淋巴细胞转化试验(CCK-8法)、血凝和血凝抑制试验及巨噬细胞吞噬试验为研究方法,以(SI)刺激指数、(HI)新城疫抗体效价、吞噬百分率和吞噬指数为检测指标,探讨不同剂量绿萝对机体免疫功能的影响.实验结果显示低剂量绿萝花能够增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数,其增强作用极显著优于空白组;低、中剂量绿萝花组具有促进小鼠血清ND抗体产生的作用,作用显著优于空白组;低、中剂量绿萝花组具有促进小鼠外周血淋巴细胞增殖的作用,作用显著优于空白组.研究结果表明低(1.08g/次/d,7d)、中(2.16g/次/d,7d)剂量绿萝花对小鼠免疫功能具有增强作用.This paper investigated the immune function of scindapsus aureus in mice to provide a scientific basis for rational drug use and further development, and used Scindapsus aureus decoction of dry extract obtained from L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experimental design. N2H mice were used as research object, ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation test (CCK-8 asssay), hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test in conjunction with macrophage phagocytosis test were employed, and (SI) stimulation index, (HI) antibody titer, phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index were the targets of detection to investigate the effects of different doses of scindapsus aureus on immune function. The experimental results were that low dose of scindapsus aureus group could enhance mice phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophage, whose enhanced role was significantly better than medium doses of scindapsus aureus and control groups. , Low and medium doses of scindapsus aureus group promoted ND antibody production in mice serum, with effects markedly better than the control group, and low and medium doses of scindapsus aureus groups could promote the proliferation of the lymphocyte, and the effect obviously preceded the control group. The results showed that the low-dose (1.08g/times/d,7d) and medium dose ofscindapsus aureus group (2.16g/times/d,7d) could enhance the immune function in mice.
