摘 要:通过实测加主观问卷相结合的模式从人体主观热舒适方面探究造成该类建筑能耗高的原因,发现窗地面积比较大的房间受阳光照射时室内温度波动剧烈,有升温快、全天高温持续时间长的特点;通过分析主观问卷发现临窗办公人员因受到不对称热辐射影响其热中性温度比靠墙办公人员低1.9℃,且更易于产生热感,进而导致提前开启空调设备进行制冷降温,增加了建筑能耗量。In recent years, more and more glass curtain wall used in office buildings, but beautiful at the same time cause the increase of the amount of the building energy consumption. In this paper, we used the field study and subjective questionnaire from the aspects of thermal comfort of human body to explore the cause of building energy consumption. Study find when the room window under the sun indoor temperature swings faster, the high temperature sustained for a long time, throughout all day; Based on the subjective questionnaire analysis found that the window office staff by asymmetric thermal radiation influence the thermal neutral temperature 1.9 ℃ lower than office staff against the wall, and more prone to feel hot, then this will leading to open the air conditioning equipment for refrigeration cooling in advance, and lengthening the summer air conditioning use time, leading to increase building energy consumption.
