摘  要:石家庄苏宁电器广场为带大底盘的单塔高层建筑结构,采用带加强层的框架-剪力墙混合结构抗侧力体系。设计时从结构布置特点出发,针对各项不规则情况对结构体系进行整体及构件布置选型,保证了结构在小震及设防地震作用下良好的侧向刚度和扭转刚度。基于概念设计制定抗震性能目标,并对结构进行罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性分析,可满足"大震不倒"的设计水准要求。Shijiazhuang Suning appliance's Plaza is a one tower building with an enlarged base. The frame shear-wall structural mixed system with a strengthened layer is adopted to resist wind and earthquakes. Regarding some irregularity of building configuration, this paper will go through features of structural layout and elections of lateral load-resisting members, so that sufficient lateral stiffness and torsional stiffness are ensured to perform well under frequent and moderate earthquakes. The performance-based seismic levels are built based on conceptual design. Moreover, dynamic time history analysis is conducted under rare earthquake to satisfy the third performance level, i.e. collapse prevention.
