加筋复合注浆法加固桩基施工工艺及应用

摘　　要：长沙市某小区2栋住宅采用加筋复合注浆法加固桩基础,在充分发挥复合注浆法优势的基础上,大幅度增强了桩身及桩端伸入持力层的桩体侧向刚度和桩基承载力,对桩底沉渣、溶洞和软弱夹层等质量问题有较好的加固作用。Reinforced composite pouring method was used in strengthening of pile foundation of two buildings in a residential community of Changsha City. This method obviously improved the lateral rigidity of pile body and pite end embedded in supporting layer and the bearing capacity of pile foundation, having favorable strengthening effects for some quality problems, such as hypostases at pile toe, solution cavity and soft interlayer, etc.
