适宜卫生技术推广项目满意度评价及影响因素分析——以新疆基层地区为例

摘　　要：为分析2012-2014年期间在新疆基层地区推广适宜卫生技术的实际情况,进行初步满意度评价,探讨在新疆地区基层医疗卫生机构推广适宜卫生技术其长效机制建设的影响因素,文章采用文献分析、问卷调查、专家咨询、现场调研等方法,收集和整理基层地区推广适宜卫生技术的相关资料并进行分析。在对535人的调查中发现,将满意度分为很满意、满意、不满意,培训内容的满意度分别为66.36%,30.09%,3.55%;培训计划安排的满意度分别为70.09%,27.10%,2.80%;推广项目使用的指导材料的满意度分别为61.12%,32.34%,6.54%;对推广形式的满意度分别为87.10%,12.34%,0.56%;对授课教师的满意度分别为96.07%,3.93%,0.00%。在开放性问题调查中发现,大部分认为适宜卫生技术推广培训的时间较短,短期内很难熟练掌握,还有部分认为技术很适合当地,但是没有匹配充足的基础资源配备及经费支持,技术难以学以致用。结果显示,新疆基层地区医疗卫生技术人员对我院所推广的适宜卫生技术的内容、计划安排及指导教材、推广形式和授课教师等基本满意,但由于当地医疗卫生资源短缺、推广技术经费有限、培训时间较短、所推广技术服务对象少等问题,影响了推广适宜卫生技术的长效机制建设。In order to analyze the actual situation of grassroots areas in Xinjiang to promote feasible medical technology during the period of 2012-2014,conduct a preliminary evaluation of satisfaction and and discuss influencing factors of long-term mechanism construction in this area ,the paper uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation,expert consultation,site investigation,collects,finishes and analyzes related materials of feasible medical technology in Xinjiang.In a survey of 535 people found that satisfaction can be divided into very satisfied,satisfied,not satisfied,the satisfaction degree of the training content are 66.36%,30.09% and 66.36% respectively. The satisfaction degree of the training schedule are 70.09%,27.10% and 70.09% respectively. Guide material satisfaction are 61.12%,32.34% and 61.12% respectively;For the promotion form of satisfaction are 87.10% ,12.34% and 87.10% respectively. For the instructor＆#39;s satisfaction were 96.07% ,3.93% and 0.00%respectively. In open questions survey found that the most think appropriate feasible medical technology training time is shorter,the short time is difficult to master,and there are some think technology is suitable for local,but no matching with the basis of abundant resources and funding ,technology is difficult to apply. The results shows that Xinjiang areas at the grass-roots level health technical personnel are satisfied with the content of feasible medical technology,schedule,guiding teaching materials and instractors. But because of the shortage of health resources, limited budget,shorter training time,less technical service object,etc,affected long-term mechanism construction of feasible medical technology.
