摘　　要：鸡的C型凝集素样基因编码包括鸡自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞受体在内的许多免疫分子。鸡C型凝集素样编码基因分别位于自然杀伤基因复合体(NK gene complex,NKC)和主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex,MHC)区域,在NKC区为CD69和CD94/NKG2,在MHC区为相邻的B-NK和B-Lec基因。B-NK是目前唯一已证明表达于NK细胞上的凝集素样受体,其配体尚不清楚,但是已经证明B-NK能够和活化的细胞上的配体结合。论文主要讨论CD69、CD94/NKG、B-NK和BLec 4个基因的系统发育比较和蛋白质结构的研究进展。Chicken C-type lectin genes encode many immunological molecules including potential chicken natural kil- ler cell receptors. Chicken c-type lectin genes of CD69 and CD94/NKG2 locate in the areas of NK gene complex （NKC）, and B-NK and B-Lec locate in the areas of major histocompatibility complex （MHC）. The B-NK is the only conformed c-type letine like receptor expressed on NK cells so far. The ligand of B-NK is confused, but it can combine ligand on activated cells which has been demonstrated. Here, the current knowledge on phylogenetic com- paration and protein structures of the four genes were discussed.
