摘　　要：目的研究Endoglin和VEGF在侵入性胎盘的表达差异及意义。方法选取我院病理诊断为侵入性胎盘(PA)的胎盘标本30例为研究组,其中包括:20例粘连性胎盘(PA),10例植入性胎盘(PI),选取同期20例正常胎盘(NP)作为对照组,检测的胎盘绒毛滋养细胞中Endoglin和VEGF的表达水平及相关性。结果⑴Endoglin在NP、PA和PI中的阳性表达率分别是35%、80%和90%,Endoglin在PA和PI中阳性表达率明显高于NP,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑵VEGF在NP、PA和PI中的阳性表达率分别是25%、60%和70%,VEGF在PA和PI中阳性表达率明显高于NP,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑶经Spearman等级相关检验,Endoglin和VEGF在NP与PA中表达呈正相关(r=0.652,P<0.05)。结论侵入性胎盘的发生发展与胎盘绒毛滋养细胞中Endoglin和VEGF的表达密切相关。Objective To research the different expressions and significances of endoglin and vascular endothelial growth fac-tor（VEGF） in placenta accreta. Methods 30 pregnant women in the obstetrics department were selected and divided into two groups by placenta pathologic diagnosis. 20 cases were in placenta accrete （PA） group,10 cases were in placenta increta（PI） group. 20 cases of normal pregnant （NP） group were selected as controls. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expres-sion levels of endoglin and VEGF in placental trophoblast cells of the three study groups. To analysed the result and relationship between the two factors of the three groups. Results ⑴The expression rates of endoglin in NP、PA and PI were 35%,80% and 90%,respectively. The expression rates of endoglin in PA were significantly higher than those in NP ,the differences were statisti-cally significant （P〈0.05）. ⑵The expression rates of VEGF in NP、PA and PI were 25%,60% and 70%,respectively. The expres-sion rates of VEGF in PA were significantly higher than those in NP,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ⑶The result of Spearman correlation test showed there was a positive correlation of expression levels between Endoglin and VEGF in PA and NP （r=0.652,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The occurrence and development of placenta accreta was closed relatived with the expres-sions of endoglin and VEGF in placental trophoblast cells.
