摘 要:针对传统船用弯管接触式测量方法测量时间长,工作量大,精度不高,可能使管件表面变形而导致测量失真的问题,首次提出了一种新的基于机器视觉的船用弯管测量方法,设计并构建了一个双目相机的测量系统。通过基于Open CV图像处理平台的双目立体标定,改进的图像滤波,亚像素边缘检测,特征提取与匹配等操作,实现了船用弯管几何参数的实时、准确、非接触测量,同时给出了弯管的重建结果。测量实验结果表明:弯管外径测量误差为0.051mm,基本达到了测量精度高的要求,有一定的应用价值。For the traditional contact type measuring method of marine pipe, the measuring time is long, workload is heavy, the accuracy is not high, even it may cause the distortion since the surface deformation, so it proposed a new measurement method based on machine vision, designed and built a binocular camera measuring system for the first time. Through the binocular stereo calibration based on the image processing platform of OpenCV, it improved image filtering, sub-pixel edge detection, feature extraction and matching, and it has realized the real-time, accurate and non-contact measurement of the marine pipe geometric parameter, and the reconstruction of the pipe is also given. The experimental results show that the measurement error of external diameter is 0.051mm which can satisfy the system requirements of high precision, as well as certain application value.
