摘 要:陶瓷零件是目前研究的热点,基于层合速凝技术的陶瓷零件快速成型机具有广泛的应用价值。针对现有的快速成型机的铺料台升降机构方案,提出了一种改进设计方案,通过Workbench静力学分析,可知铺料台在自身重力及外界载荷作用下,最大变形发生在铺料台中间部分,为增加铺料台的刚度,提出在铺料台下方增加筋板的方案,结果显示铺料台的最大变形量及其连接处的最大应力均有所减小。通过ADAMS仿真分析,结果表明铺料台运行比较平稳,能够满足陶瓷零件的成型工艺要求,为陶瓷零件快速成型机铺料台升降机构的设计和改进提供了新的思路和理论依据。The ceramic parts are the focus of current research, and rapid prototyping machine for ceramic parts based on laminated rapid solidifwation technology has a very broad application value. An improved design scheme was proposed according to the existing scheme for lifting mechanism of rapid prototyping machine. Through the static analysis of workbench, it can be included that the maximum deformation occurred in the middle part of the paving table under the gravity and external loads. In order to enhance the stiffness of the paving table in the vertical direction, a program which was to increase rib plates below the paving table was put forwavd. The results showed that the maximum deformation of paving table and the largest stress of its connecting part were all decreased. The simulation analysis was carried out by using ADAMS software. It came to the conclusion that the movement of the paving table was stable so that it could meet the requirements of prototyping technology for ceramic parts. And the analysis results can provide a new idea and theoretical basis for the design and improvement of lifting mechanism of rapid prototyping machine for ceramic pans.
