摘 要:为研究大型数控成型磨齿机直驱转台静压导轨的承载平稳性能,运用三维建模软件Pro/E及CFD仿真软件FLUENT,模拟分析了恒流式静压导轨内部油液压力场与速度场的分布,给出了静压导轨的静态性能表达式,并将理论计算与数值模拟的结果进行对比分析,最终进行了实验验证。结果表明,油膜压力与速度整体分布成均匀对称分布,油液压力沿油腔最大压力处向四周均匀扩散,压力变化平稳;空载时,径向轴承有助于提高轴向导轨的浮起稳定性,承载时,转台轴向导轨与径向轴承的共同作用使得转台承载平稳,仿真分析的方法有效实用。In order to research the hydrostatic guideway bearing steady performance of direct drive turntable of large grinding machine, it carried on the simulation analysis of constant flow distribution field and velocity field of the internal fluid pressure hydrostatic guideway by using 3D modeling software Pro/E and CFD simulation software FLUENT, presented the static performance of aerostatic guide expressions, and the theoretical calculation were compared with the results of numerical simulation, finally carried on the experimental verification. The results show that, the overall distribution of oil film pressure and velocity are symmetrical, and oil pressure homogeneously diffuses along the maximum pressure place of the oil chamber to the surrourtding, and pressure changes smoothly; radial bearing is helpful to improve the stability of the axial guideway float when idling, joint action of axial and radial bearing of turntable guideway makes the turntable bearing steady when loading, simulation analysis method is practical and effective.
