摘  要:为提升新旧生产线同时作业的平衡率,以某省某氯氧镁板材生产企业为例,对其新旧两条生产线分析后运用分级位置权重法将两条生产线进行合并优化。研究结果表明:优化后的混合生产线平衡率提高了20.4%,原旧生产线的间断式生产在混合生产线上已转为连续生产;工作场地数目由6块缩减为5块,同时平衡了各工序组作业量,使每组工作地劳动人员工作强度大致均等,最终实现生产线效率的提高。优化过程可为相关企业解决类似问题提供有益参考。In order to promote the balance of old and new production line homework at the same time rate, a Magnesium Oxychloride plate production enterprises in one province as an example to analyze the old and new two production lines and to merge and optimize the two production lines using the method of RPW (Ranked Positional Weights). The experimental results show that the optimized mix production line's balance rate increased by 20.4%, the old production line realized the change from intermittent production to continuous production on the mixed-production line ; at the same time, the number of job site reduced from six to five as well as balance the workload of each process group, which made labor's work intensity approximately equal in every process group and achieved the improvement on the efficiency of whole production line. It can provides a useful reference of the composite use in production.
