摘 要:创新采用起爆具等容计时浇注方法,并通过模拟料试验分析为浇注器结构优化提供了依据,进一步通过理论分析,对浇注器等容型腔和浇注咀结构进行优化,并优化阀体选型:浇注器等容型腔内部锥角为60°,高度205mm,且等容型腔和浇注咀增加保温措施;电磁阀的响应时间和切换频率由0.2s提高到0.02s;优化设计后,浇注器保证了等容型腔内气体平衡,且严格控制浇注温度,抑制物料分层,进而保证浇注速度。最后在民爆企业进行起爆具真药试验,核算起爆具浇注器的产能可达到0.266t/h,相比半自动化生产产能0.15t/h,产能有了很大提高,研究成果为起爆具浇注工序的高效工作提供了保证。The research uses the innovation adoption of detonator isovolumic time pouring, which provides a basis for the optimization of structure by simulating test. With the theoretical analysis, some advice is given, such as the height and diameter of the capacitance cavity, which points out that in order to guarantee the pouring speed, it should try to control pouring temperature and inhibition of layered. With the optimization of the capaci'tance cavity, pouring chew and the valve, the awl angle of capcitance cavity is 60°, the height of capacitance cavity is 205mm. The capacitance cavity and pouring chew are added heat preservation, and the response time and change frequency is improved from 0.2s to 0.02s. With the optimization design, the pouring device is able to control pouring temperature and inhibition of layered, which is avail to guarantee the pouring speed. Finally the real drug test of priming instrument is carried, and the pouring device capacity can reach 0.266t/h, compared with semi automated production capacity of 0.15t/h, which has been greatly improved. The result of the research provides guarantee for the initiation efficiency work of pouring pracess.
