摘　　要：全行业长期共同努力并有中德合作15年的良好基础,我国于2000年初获国际焊接学会(IIW)国际授权委员会(IAB)对中国焊接培训与认证委员会(CANB)的国际授权。在国际焊接人员培训与资格认证推广上创新发展,与高校、企业、地方行业组织广泛合作,连续十余年培训人员总数保持世界第二的良好成绩,2011年国际焊接工程师(IWE)年度认证数量列世界第一,在服务企业走向世界方面深得行业认可。目前已为焊接生产企业提供ISO 3834、EN 15085认证近800家,为我国机械装备与高铁等行业企业走向世界提供国际资质。Based on long-term joint efforts of the whole industry and a good foundation of 15 years of Sino-Gennan cooperation, Chinese Welding Training and Qualification Committee （CANB）has been officially authorized by International Institute of Welding （IIW）International Authorization Board （lAB）in early 2000. We bring about innovation and development in the promotion of international welding personnel training and qualification;expand cooperation with universities,enterprises and local industry organizations; the total number of training personnel maintains a good score of second in the world for more than ten years. The annual qualification number of International Welding Engineer（IWE） in 2011 comes first in the world,and wins the industry recognition in terms of serving enterprises to the world. Up to now,we have provided certifications of ISO 3834 and EN 15085 for more than 800 welding manufacturing companies,which provide international qualification guarantee for Chinese enterprises from mechanical equipment, high-speed rail as well as other industries stepping into the world.
