摘  要:重型燃气轮机中镍基材料的应用及其焊接技术对于燃气轮机热端部件制造有重要的支撑作用,开展镍基材料的焊接及修复技术的研究具有重要的战略意义。概述了燃气轮机中镍基材料的焊接技术的发展情况。详细介绍目前镍基材料所采用的电子束焊接、激光焊及激光熔覆技术、钎焊及扩散焊、瞬时过渡液相扩散焊等焊接技术,为今后镍基材料焊接技术的进一步发展提供了理论支撑。The welding technology and its application of nickel base material used in heavy-duty gas turbine plays an important role on the manufacturing of hot end components for gas turbine,the research of welding and repair technology of nickel bast material has an important strategic significance. The welding technology development of nickel base material for gas tarbine engine is introduced in this paper. The electron beam welding used for nickel base material, laser welding and laser deposition welding, brazing,diffusion welding,instant transfer liquid phase diffusion welding and other welding technologies are introdueed,aud the theoretical support for the further development of the welding technology of nickel base material are provided.
