摘　　要：利用电焊机对施工现场钢管进行消磁处理,具有行之有效、方便快捷等特点,可有效解决现场焊接施工"磁偏吹"现象,且无需增加额外设备,能够快速消除钢管的剩磁。阐述消磁技术的原理及特点,分析了电焊机消磁技术的工艺要点,并探讨消磁过程需要注意的问题。The use of electric welding steel pipe to the construction site for degaussing treatment ,with the characteristics of effective, convenient use and so on, which can effectively solve the problem of site welding construction magnetic blowing deviation phenomenon, and require no additional equipment, can quickly remove pipe remanence.ln this paper, the principle and characteristics of degaussing technology are described, analyzes the key points of process degaussing technology of electric welding machine ,and to explore the process of degaussing problems that need attention.
