摘 要:焊接是轨道车辆铝合金车体组装过程中的关键技术,焊接过程中不可避免地会产生焊接残余应力,残余应力的存在会影响接头的疲劳强度和结构的稳定性,因而研究消除和改善焊接接头残余应力的方法具有重要意义。通过对比轨道车辆用6005A铝合金焊接接头在不同振动时效时间条件下残余应力的变化情况,分析了不同振动时效时间对铝合金焊接接头残余应力的影响。结果显示,焊接后铝合金接头存在高残余拉应力,而振动时效可以有效降低残余拉应力的峰值,并能使铝合金焊接接头残余应力均匀化,振动时效时间为20 min时消除应力效果最好。Welding is the key technology of aluminum alloy car body assembling for rail vehicle. Welding residual stress will be inevitably caused in welding process, and the existence of residual stress influences the fatigue strength and structural stability of welded joints, so it is significant to study the method to eliminate and improve welding residual stress. In this research ,the changes of residual stress in 6005A aluminum alloy welded joint for rail vehicle under the condition of different time of vibration stress relief are compared. The results show that after welding,there is high tensile stress left in aluminum alloy welded joint,while after vibration stress relief,the peak of tensile stress can be decreased effectively,and the distribution of welding residual stress is more uniform. When the time of vibration stress relief is 20min,the effect of eliminating residual stress is the best.
