摘　　要：针对三维曲面的激光焊接设计了仿形夹具,该夹具由上仿形模板和下仿形模板组成,通过气缸连接器将上下仿形模板固定,从而夹紧工件。在夹具上增加定位导向块保证整个夹具的定位精度和重复定位精度。The eopying fixture of laser welding for three dimensional surface was designed.The fixture were assembled by up- copying template and down-copying template,which were fixed through cylinder connector,and then the workpieces were fixed.The additional positioning guide block ensured the control precision and better repetition.
