摘　　要：通过论述联合检查、合同管理和项目施工管理在企业管理中有效沟通的重要作用,体现沟通协调在施工单位的重要程度。从水平沟通和垂直沟通两方面阐述施工企业沟通的重要性,得出施工企业管理中公司、项目、班组的各层面都需要很好的沟通去开展工作,有效的沟通机制对工作的安排和落实起到事半功倍作用的结论。This paper introduced the importance of joint inspection, contract management and project construction management in effective communication of enterprise management, and discussed the importance of effective communication in construction unit. The importance of communication in enterprise was discussed on both aspects of horizontal communication and vertical communication. It was shown that effective communication in management of construction enterprise was required on every level, such as corporate level, project level and team level, etc., and it was concluded that effective communication could produce better work assignment and execution.
