血清标本的保存条件对胃泌素释放肽前体检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清标本的保存温度与保存时间对血清胃泌素释放肽前体检测结果的影响程度。方法:取20例患者的血液,分离血清并分成13份,保存于由不同温度和时间组合的13种环境条件下,分析其血清胃泌素释放肽前体测得值与保存温度、保存时间的关系。结果:血清的保存温度与保存时间对检测结果的影响均具有统计学意义,-20℃时,不同时间的检测数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),4℃和20℃时,不同时间的检测数值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),随着时间增加,各标本胃泌素释放肽前体浓度的偏离度大都呈迅速下降趋势。同一时间点不同保存条件下Pro GRP测得值间差异显著,20℃放置标本测得值显著低于4℃和-20℃保存标本,4℃保存标本Pro GRP测得值显著低于-20℃保存标本(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:血清标本的保存温度与保存时间均是影响血浆胃泌素释放肽前体浓度的因素,低温是保持胃泌素释放肽前体稳定性的最重要措施。Objective：To examine the impact of storage time and temperature on test results of serum pro-gas- trin-releasing peptide （ProGRP）.Methods：Blood samples collected from 20 patients were distributed into 13 portions,which were placed under different temperature for 0h,6.0h,24.0h,48.0h,96h,respectivel.Serum Pro- GRP was measured by an autobiochemical analyzer.Results：Compared with samples centrifuged and analyzed immediately after collection,significant differences were found in values of serum ProGRP in samples with storage time of 6.0h,24.0h,48.0h,96h either at 4℃ or at 20℃（P〈0.01 for all）.The values declined signifi- cantly as the storage time increased.No significant difference were found among the values of the different storage time at -20℃（P〉0.05）.Significant difference were found between the values of ProGRP under different preservation conditions at the same time （all P〈0.05）.The values of samples placed at 20℃ were significantly lower than that of specimens stored 4℃ and -20℃.The values of samples preserved at 4℃： were significantly lower than that of -20℃.Conclusion：The serum samples storage temperature and time had an impact on Pro- GRP levels ;low temperature is an optimal method to maintain the stability of ProGRP.
