摘　　要：针对数控技术专业中高职人才培养目标定位不清、课程重复等问题,通过分析职业岗位、工作任务和职业能力,以职业能力发展为主线,重构了中高职衔接的人才培养方案的课程体系,实践表明该方案效果良好。Aiming at the problems that the target of personnel training is not clear and the curriculum is repeated, we structured person- nel training scheme about middle and higher vocational school education＇s joint regarding development of occupation ability as the core, and restructured curriculum system and the course by means of analysing professional position, work task and occupation ability. The practice shows that good effect was obtained through the above scheme.
