摘 要:为了适应多相交错并联磁耦合变换器对耦合电感的要求,降低耦合电感对其它元器件的电磁干扰,降低电感加工难度和材料成本,提高电感效率,提出了一种适用于两相交错并联磁耦合变换器的"IHHI"形耦合电感结构。分析了其改变电感耦合度的原理,给出了相关铁芯设计的数学表达式,并通过有限元仿真和实验验证了所提"IHHI"形耦合电感结构的有效性及其磁路模型的可行性。将"IHHI"形耦合电感用于交错并联磁集成双向DC/DC变换器,具有输出电压纹波小、电感电流波形平滑、毛刺少、开关管开通和关断时的电流尖峰小、效率高等优点。In order to meet the requirements of coupled inductor in multi-phase interleaved magnet integrated converter, reduce the electromagnetic interfere to other devices, decrease the difficulties in processing, lower the cost of the material and increase the efficiency of the inductor, the paper proposed a structure of coupled inductor with“IHHI”shaped magnetic core which is applicable for two phase interleaved magnetic integrated converter. The paper analyses the principle of variable coupling degree,gives the relative expressions for the design of magnetic core and verifies the effectiveness of the structure of the“IHHI”shaped coupled inductor and the feasibility of the magnetic circuit model by FEA simulation and experiments. Interleaving magnetic integration bidirectional DC/DC converter using"IHHI"shape coupled inductor features low output voltage of ripple wave, smooth wave form of inductor current, and low turn-on and tuen-off peak current of switch tube and high efficiency.
