贵妃鸡与隐性白羽鸡杂交后代产蛋性能及蛋品质研究

摘　　要：试验选用隐性白羽鸡为母本、贵妃鸡为父本的杂交F3代母鸡,测定其产蛋性能及蛋品质等有关指标。结果表明,杂交F3代产蛋期存活率高,耗料少,种蛋合格率高;具有良好的产蛋性能,其蛋品质性状:蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色、蛋的相对密度、蛋形指数、蛋黄指数、蛋壳比例、蛋黄比例、蛋白比例、哈氏单位的测定结果平均值分别为39.45 g、4.03 kg/cm2、323.43μm、7.65、1.060、1.37、0.42、0.11、0.34、0.55、79.63。According to the regulations of the experimental design and index,a hybridizations was carried out between royal chickens（♀）and recessive white feather broiler （♂）. After the selection, having fixed the target traits by the backcross method and continued to cultivate until the hybrid F3. Thelaying performance and egg quality of hybrid F3 were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the hybrid F3 had a high survival rate,less material consumption and high pass rate,which means an excellent laying performance.Egg quality traits of the hybrid F3 were measured, including egg weight （EW）,shell strength （SS）,shell thickness （ST）,yolk color （YC）,the relative density of eggs （RDE）,egg shape index （SI）, yolk index （YI）,eggshell proportion （EP）,yolk proportion （YP）,protein proportion （PP）,Haugh unit （HU）. The result showed that the means for EW, SS,ST,YC,RDE, SI,Y/,EP,YP,PP and HU were 39.45g,4.03kg/cm^2,323.43μm, 7.65,1.060,1.37,0.42,0.11,0.34,0.55and79.63 respectively.
