实验用Beagle犬的繁殖性能分析

摘　　要：通过分析某犬类实验动物种子中心2011-2014年200-300只Beagle犬的繁殖记录,并对发情母犬进行手术取卵,以推测排卵数。结果表明,Beagle犬全年均可繁殖,且犬只分娩高峰集中在春夏两季,冬季最少,大部分种母犬胎产子数在5-7只之间;手术取卵结果平均每只母犬可获取4.95枚卵子。We analyzed reproduction records of Beagle dogs （the number of parturition, the average litter size, the proportion of male and female） which bred in our experimental animal center from 2011 to 2014, and surgically obtained oocytes from the oestrus female dogs to presume ovulation ratio. The results showed that Beagle dogs can breed at all the year round, spring and summer was the peak of parturition, but parturition rate of winter was the lowest. Averagely the female dog gave birth to 5-7 puppies, and the average number ofoocytes surgically obtained from the the oestrus female dogs was 4.95.
