鸭病毒性肝炎活疫苗(CH60株)的田间免疫效果评价

摘　　要：鸭病毒性肝炎(Duck Hepatitis,DH)是雏鸭的一种高度致死性疾病,可对养鸭业造成严重的经济损失。为了解鸭病毒性肝炎活疫苗的免疫效果,在山东某种鸭场采用鸭病毒性肝炎活疫苗(CH60株)对种鸭进行免疫接种,在免疫后2w、3w、1m、3m和6m分别采血检测其中和抗体。结果表明,种鸭免疫后中和抗体维持时间长;在种鸭免疫后6m,其中和抗体仍然可以达到1:94。Duck viral hepatitis is a highly mortality disease that infects ducklings,which brings significant economic losses in the duck industry. To understand immune effect of DHV vaccine,breeder ducks were vaccinated with attenuated living vaccine of DHV（CH60 strain） in Shandong, the blood was collected at 2w, 3w, lm, 3m, 6m post inoculation and detected by Virus-neutralization Test. The results showed that the DHV vaccine can last for a long period of immunity;the titers of antibodies can sustain 1：94 six months later.
