摘  要:本文介绍了一种星载脉冲行波管放大器的设计方法,主要内容为脉冲高压电源的设计和系统的集成设计,并研制出一款X波段星载脉冲行波管放大器。该脉冲行波管放大器1GHz带宽内输出功率大于800W,占空比大于20%,效率大于42%,重量小于4kg。经过测试表明,该X波段星载脉冲行波管放大器具有体积小、重量轻、效率高,保护措施完善,具备自动检测功能等特点,适用于星载应用场合。The design technique of a pulse traveling wave tube amplifier (TWTA) for spaceborne application is introduced in this paper. The main content is the design of electronic power conditioner (EPC) and the design for system integration. An X band pulse sapceborne TWTA is developed. Within 1 GHz bandwidth, the TWTA can output a power more than 800 W with a duty ratio more than 20%. The efficiency of the TWTA is more than 42% and the weight is less than 4 kg. According to test results, the X band pulse spaceborne TWTA has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high efficiency as well as perfect protection function and automatic detection function, which are particularly suitable for spaceborne applications.
