摘 要:为了探讨影响猕猴桃果实品质变化的主要因素及机理,并为制定科学的田间管理措施和果实后熟期管理措施提供理论依据,连续3年(2012—2014)对猕猴桃树结果蔓上不同结果部位影响果实采果时和后熟期的品质变化规律进行了研究。结果显示:(1)结果部位直接影响猕猴桃果实在采收时和果实后熟后的单果质量和纵横径等内容的大小变化,即从顶芽到三芽,果实单果质量和果实纵横径等内容逐渐增大,从三芽到五芽,果实单果质量和果实纵横径等内容逐渐变小。(2)结果部位直接影响猕猴桃果实在后熟后的单果质量损失率、纵横径损失率、果形指数、果汁含糖量和果柄长度等内容的大小变化,即单果质量损失率,最小是四芽,其次是三芽,再次是顶芽;果实纵径,最小是三芽,其次是顶芽,再次是四芽;果实宽横径,最小是五芽,其次是四芽,再次是顶芽;果实厚横径,最小是顶芽,其次是三芽,再次是四芽;果汁含糖量,次芽最高,其次是三芽,再次是四芽;果实果形指数,最大是顶芽,其次是四芽,再次是三芽;果柄长度,三芽最长,其次是四芽,再次是次芽。建议在猕猴桃生产管理时在结果蔓上进行疏花疏果时,首先选留以第三个芽位的果实为主,并配合选留第二个芽位和第四个芽位的果实;另外应把猕猴桃结果蔓上结果部位作为花果管理和果实后熟期管理措施的理论依据。In order to explore the main factors influencing the kiwi fruit quality changes and its mechanism, three consecutive years (2012-- 2014) with the result of kiwi fruit tree stem cells on different results after impact to gather the fruit and fruit ripe period of quality changing law were studied. The results showed that (1) The parts directly affect the kiwi fruit after harvest and after the fruit ripe fruit weight and the size of the content such as vertical and horizontal diameter change, from the crown to three bud, fruit weight and fruit content such as vertical and horizontal diameter increase gradually, from three buds to five bud, fruit weight and fruit content such as vertical and horizontal diameter became smaller. (2) The results directly affect the kiwi fruit after the maturation of the loss rate of weight loss, and vertical and horizontal diameter, fruit shape index, fruit juice sugar content and peduncle length etc. The size of the content change, namely the weight loss rate, four shoots is minimum, followed by three buds, again is the crown; Fruit longitudinal diameter, 3 bud is minimum, followed by the crown, again is four shoots; fruit wide diameter, 5 bud is minimum, followed by four shoots, again is the crown; fruit thick diameter, crown is minimum, followed by three buds, again is four shoots; fruit juice sugar content, time shoots the highest, followed by three shoots, again is four shoots; The fruit shape index, crown is the largest, followed by four shoots, again is three buds; peduncle length, three shoots the longest, followed by four bud, bud again is time. It is concluded that for the kiwi fruit production management, firstly the third shoots and its fruit should be selected and remained priority, and then the fourth bud and fruit; and the kiwi results on tendril parts could be reference as flower and fruit ripe period management measures.
