摘 要:针对充电工艺参数对聚丙烯无纺布驻极体过滤材料性能的影响,本研究分别以材料厚度、充电电压、充电时间和充电距离为变化参数,使用自行设计的电晕充电装置,测量聚丙烯无纺布表面电势的变化,探讨这些因素对表面电势、驻极的材料透气性以及过滤性能的影响。实验结果表明,充电电压对聚丙烯无纺布的表面电势影响最大,充电电压越高,充电效果越好;充电时间与充电距离对无纺布表面电势影响较小,但在单电荷针充电的情况下,充电距离越大,充电面积越大。因此,对聚丙烯滤材进行驻极处理,能够在不影响材料透气性的同时,有效增强材料过滤颗粒的性能。该研究为实际生产中工艺参数的设定及产品设计提供了参考。In this paper, a new self-designed corona charging device is applied to figure out the relationships between the process parameters and electret materials" filtration performance. The PP electret material's air penetration and filtration performance are determined by surface potential. So, all trials are carried around charging time, charging voltage and charging distance to make out how these parameters affect the surface potential. The results reveal that charging voltage plays the most important role on the surface potential. The higher voltage, the better charging performenceis. However, charging time and distance do less in im- proving charging performance. And when charged with single needle pole, the charging area enlarges with higher charging distance. At last, the electret process could make the filter performance of polypropylene (PP) filter material to enhance remarkably without changing the air penetration performance. This study provides reference for product design and the setting in product process.
