摘  要:针对船舶防腐底漆与防污面漆粘结性能差的问题,本文合成了聚丙烯酸酯防污树脂和丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂防污树脂,采用红外光谱对其结构进行了确认,并以所合成制备的防污树脂为涂料基础树脂,分别制备了3种自抛光防污涂料,同时对3种自抛光防污涂料的常规性能、涂膜孔隙率、防污剂释放速率和涂层磨蚀速率进行测试。测试结果表明,3种自抛光防污涂料的常规性能均符合国家标准,均具有良好的自抛光防污性能,解决了异噻唑啉酮类防污剂作为添加剂在防污涂料使用时的扩散流失问题,使防污涂料具有可控的防污期限。该研究为自抛光防污涂料的发展方向提供指导。For the poor adhesion performance of ship antifouling paint and anticorrosive primer, polyacry- late antifouling resin and acrylate grafting epoxy antifouling resin were synthesized,and its structures were confirmed with infrared spectroscopy. With the prepared antifouling resin for the based resin, It prepared three self-polishing antifouling coatings. At the same time, it tested the regular performance, coating po- rosity, antifouling agent releasing rate and coating erosion rate of three kind of self-polishing antifouling paints. The testing results showed that conventional properties of three kinds of self-polishing antifouling coatings were in line with national standards. Simultaneously, three kinds of self-polishing antifouling coatings had excellent self-polishing antifouling performance. At the same time, It solves the problem of the diffusion loss when isothiazoline ketones are added to antifouling coating as antifoulant, making the an- tifouling coatings with controllable antifouling effect. The research results can provide guidance for the de- velopment of self-polishing antifouling paints.
