摘 要:针对传统制冷系统所存在着压缩比大、制冷能效低等问题,本文根据单机自复叠制冷系统使用一台压缩机将二元非共沸混合工质压缩并制得低温的特点,使用具有精馏器、储液器与可调膨胀节流装置的单机自复叠制冷循环系统搭建了测试台,在相同实验条件下,对自复叠制冷系统与3种喷气增焓制冷系统的制冷量、功率和制冷数进行对比实验。实验结果表明,在一定的实验温度区间内,各种系统的制冷量、功率和制冷系数随着蒸发温度的下降而降低,但3种喷气增焓制冷系统的制冷量和制冷系数远低于自复叠制冷系统,而自复叠制冷系统的功率下降最快,且低于其他3种制冷系统。说明用二元非共沸混合工质R134A/R23作为制冷工质的单机自复叠制冷系统,功率消耗小,制冷量大,能效比高,配用的速冻箱降温最快,具有一定的应用价值。For the traditional refrigeration system, it is very obvious that all of the above refrigeration sys- tems have the disadvantages that compression ratio is high, the COP is low etc. We put forward a system including distillation device, liquid storage device and adjustable expansion throttling device depending on the characteristic of the ACR system that can compress the non azeotropic mixture refrigerant and get low temperature by only one compressor. Under the same experimental conditions, we make comparisons be- tween ACR system and three kinds of enhanced vapor injection refrigeration system in refrigerating capaci- ty, power and refrigeration coefficient. The experimental results show that various systems of refrigerating capacity, power and refrigeration coefficient reduced as the evaporation temperature under the range of ex- perimental temperature zone,but the refrigerating capacity and refrigeration coefficient of the three kinds of enhanced vapor injection refrigeration system are far below than ACR system. The power decrease of ACR system was fast than the three kinds of enhanced vapor injection refrigeration system. The experimen- tal results show that the auto-cascade refrigeration system that uses the dual non azeotropic mixed working medium(R134A/R23) meets the needs of the quick freezing case, the COP is highest, the temperature change is quickest. It has certain application value.
