摘 要:针对工程中润滑膜膜厚难以直接准确测量问题,本文采用数值分析方法,研究了工况参数对水润滑径向滑动轴承成膜性能的影响。给出了径向滑动轴承的几何关系,忽略水润滑径向滑动轴承密度与粘度变化,建立数学模型,将数学模型无量纲化后再进行求解及离散,根据离散的控制方程,利用FORTRAN语言进行编程,同时采用高斯-赛德尔迭代法进行迭代,并用ORIGIN软件进行分析。结果表明,随着卷吸速度的增大,偏位角增大,偏心率减小,最小膜厚增大;随着载荷参数的增大,偏位角减小,偏心率增大,最小膜厚减小。该研究对此类摩擦副的润滑设计具有一定的参考意义。According to the problem that it is difficult to directly measure lubrication film thickness in engi- neering, this paper, using the method of numerical analysis, studied the effect of working parameters on the performance of the water lubricated radial sliding bearing film. In this paper, the geometric relation- ship of radial sliding bearing is given, the change of the water density and viscosity in the lubricated radial sliding bearing is ignored, the mathematical model is established and the dimensionless of the mathematical model is finished. After that, according to the discrete control equation, this paper analyzed the bearing u- sing FORTRAN language, Gauss-Seidel iterative method and ORIGIN software. The study pointed out that: with the increase of entrainment velocity, angle of displacement increases, eccentricity decreases, the minimum film thickness increases; with the increase of load parameter, angle of displacement decreases, eccentricity increases, the minimum film thickness decreases. This study has a certain reference value for the design of friction pairs lubricated.
