摘  要:采用湿法超微粉碎法,通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、成膜剂等的筛选,获得5.5%戊唑·氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂优化配方,并通过田间小区试验,研究了该悬浮种衣剂对小麦病虫害的田间防效。结果表明:5.5%戊唑·氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂对小麦病虫害表现出较好的防效。采用药种质量比1∶200~1∶100进行小麦种子包衣,对小麦全蚀病防效为74.25%~83.93%,对小麦蛴螬防效为82.77%~86.11%,对蚜虫防效为83.91%~90.23%,小麦增产率为16.63%~18.32%。Main adjuvants such as wetting-dispersing agents, film forming agents, thickening agents were screened, then fipronil + tebuconazole 5.5% FSC was developed by wet ultrafine grinding. And the field efficacy of fipronil + tebuconazole 5.5% FSC on wheat plant diseases and insect pests was investigated by field plot test. The results showed that the formulation had excellent physical and chemical properties, and the control effects on wheat take-all, grub, aphid were 74.25-83.93%, 82.77%-86.11%, 83.91%-90.23% at the mass ratio of formulation and pesticide of 1 : 200-1 : 100. The rate of production increasing were 16.63%-18.32%.
